John Womack, Founder & CEO

John is a Board-Certified Master Inspector. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, John prides himself in being a personable, educational inspector. He holds certifications from InterNACHI, International Code Council, and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). It is his goal to make you informed, confident and secure in your home buying decision. He works to educate realtors and first-time home buyers of the home inspection industry standards and processes, what to expect from a home inspection and how we help to make the process easier for everyone involved. From quality assurance and making sure our inspectors are doing the best job for our clients, you will often see him on site, checking in with inspectors and their job performance. When not running the day-to-day operations of the business, he thrives on spending time having fun with his wife Kristen and their 2 children; Lily and Jack.

Sandra Redmon, Office Manager

Sandra is the heartbeat of our office and scheduling department. With over 5 years of office management experience, she is often the smiling voice who will help you when scheduling your inspection. Her friendly voice, caring personality and attention to detail make her a natural for excellent customer service. Sandra has proven herself to be a critical part of our continued success and growth at Legacy. She enjoys helping our clients all-across the Georgia-Lina in the home inspection process. Communicating and coordinating with all parties involved, she ensures each client experiences an enjoyable and seamless process. In her free time away from Legacy, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott; children, John & Jimmie (along with their wives); and her two precious grandchildren, Lily & Jack. Sandra is the mother of Legacy’s Founder and CEO, John.  Her favorite part about her position here at Legacy is hearing all the positive referrals about how the company has helped buyers in finding their perfect home.

Brandon Mobley

Brandon is our hard-working, comedian inspector. If you’re looking for a personable, down to earth inspector – he’s your guy! Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, he uses his extensive retail and customer service experience to ensure our clients are well-informed without overwhelming them with undue alarming information. Brandon is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, NACHI25100417, and has been working at Legacy since 2020. He spends his free time at the baseball field with his son, Landon. He enjoys watching the Atlanta Braves and cheering on his beloved UGA Bulldogs.

Tucker Willis

Tucker, from Augusta, Georgia, has spent his entire life learning the ins and outs of residential construction, safety, and building performance. He holds multiple industry-recognized certifications to include InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, NACHI23032708. For the past nine years, he has worked full time in the inspection industry, serving homeowners, buyers, sellers and real estate professionals with thorough, reliable, and honest evaluations. With a strong foundation in both hands-on experience and certified training, Tucker is committed to providing detailed, accurate inspections and clear communication so our clients can make confident decisions about their future homes.
